Due to the nature of beauty products, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Email our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unopened products in their original packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return shipping label and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
